I've been here. I've said that. (and i actually checked around the site this time)
not talking about the warranty. we've been there. i already sent mine out and it don't matter if the warranty DOES suck at this point anyways.
i'm talking about the knives. just the knives, axes, etc. i don't even wanna SEE THE WORD "warranty":barf: :D
you all think THEY'RE good right?
cuz i do:)

I only have a Trailmaster in SK-5 but it's a solid knife imo. I've only held other CS knives and they also seemed pretty well made except a CS folder (can't remember the model) I held at a knife shop and the blade was a bit loose.

Rajah 3 carry it everyday ;)

I've never had a problem with the dozen or so CS knives I've bought over the years: Master Hunters, SRK, Voyagers, Red River American Hunter and Elk Skinner, tanto, Twistmasters, Ultralock. They all do exactly what they're designed to do: cut. Lynn Thompson IMHO is one of the most innovative designers around. He's welcome at my campfire any day.

I like mine

I own more CS knives than any other company. Best part is, I probably spent bout the same amount of money on them as I did on the company I have spent the second most money on (Benchmade). It's like 50 vs 15

i don't but it does not mean a thing to nobody else ...

I have about 4 and I like them, I intend to buy more. I respect the company for doing hard testing of their knives and providing videos for all the world to see. Whether other brands are as good or better, they don't take the time to provide the same kind of proof.

I have a Tailhawk and while it came very rough has proven itself to be a very good chopper. Holds an edge very well too.

So...you had to send yours out for repairs....but you think they are good?

I think knives are good when you don't have to send them out to be repaired.

Just me, I guess.

You seem to know of a production knife company that has figured out how to produce knives with perfect fit and finish 100% of the time. Please do share the name of this company.

I have a diverse collection of CS products which I have used for close to 25 years. They range from a few of the expensive to many of the good value models. Not every knife is a home run but I'd say the CS batting average is about the same as Ted Williams. And that is better than many others.
