Never used Laredo in C5, previous owner applied his idea of "stonewashed" finish to the blade. I hand-sanded the other side to 600 grit before realizing I did not spend enough time at lower grit and had factory grind marks still visible. The knife has been in storage and kept well-polished. The edge is factory but I believe the polishing may have dulled it, the clip is fairly dull and has visible scratches from stropping. All in all a nearly new blade that would look great with a patina or mirror polished by a professional who can get into the plunge (I was not able to do so.) Will ship to CONUS only at this time. For the record, Grinder was correct in stating the C5 and SK5 Laredos handle differently, I have held both and this one is noticeably faster in hand, due to the more pronounced distal taper.
