Cold Steel NIB USA 4-MAX

Looking to sell this Cold Steel 4-MAX. This is the original version made in the USA, and is NIB...never carried or used (box has some storage wear). It is an absolute beast!

USA only, and not looking for trades. Payment via PP G&S only, and price is to your door via USPS with insurance and signature required. Buyers are responsible for complying with their local knife laws.

First "I'll take it" in the thread or PM, followed by payment gets it, however I reserve the right to deal with whomever I choose. Thanks for looking!

Is it a first production with the notch/step in lock bar? Thanks.

Is it a first production with the step or dog leg in the lockbar?

It does not have a step in the lockbar, and the lockbar is not "proud" as on some examples. Based on the following info that I found in another thread, I believe this one is 4th Gen, as the end of the lockbar is rounded:

"By my definition there have been four releases of the USA made 4-Max

1. First - Original release, perfect lock bar (with step I think), sold out
2. Second - Proud lock bar, had to be fixed by CS under Demko direction, either sold out or stopped production
3. Third - Release after the proud lock bar fiasco, perfect, sold out
4. Fourth - Current release with rounded lock bar"
