It's usually seen as carrying a concealed weapon.. since they're not particularly good in the utility role (low edge sharpness + retention, etc).
Basically a stabbing implement that happens to look like a knife.
Delta Dart is sweet for both throwing and... tucking away though. Not sure I'd ever CARRY one around.

In C.A. and I think N.V you will go to jail for any knife from the nightshade series cuz first of all they are just strictly stabing implements .but besides there are specific laws about these knives. plastic knives being able to go through metal detectors. Just weapons designed to go through metal detectors. But I still have a bunch. haha.And thay are really AWESOME stabbers. and the karambit could decapatate someone. I just have them incase someone hurts a loved one and the only way I could get to them is if they where in court. I'd just tape it to my leg and get as close as I could then rush em' and go to work
