Cold Steel Not answering their phone.

I have tried for many days to contact Cold Steel, both by phone and e-mail i have not received a reply to my e-mails and my calls get answered by a auto voice but no matter what number they say can get to some real human all i get is their music and no one ever answers the phone.
Anyone else gotten in contact with them?

My experience has been opposite. I had a warranty issue from a new purchase recently, emailed them and got reply within the same day. A couple of email back and forth they got things sorted out for me. All responses were within same day. I also called them because it took them longer than usual to send me the replacement(it was a Lawman that got weird grind) and I was able to get to someone.
BTW i buy many cold steel so i may be biased. Their turn around for warranty replacement is almost always within 2 weeks of me shipping the defective item, perhaps because i live in CA.

Lets get one item clear and correct i am not complaining about any quality item, i already have the Cold Steel War Hawk Tomahawk and i have tested it plenty chopping though old logs, and the 1055 steel blade remains sharp with no signs of any chipping, also the blade remains tightly to the handle.

I have a friend who wants to buy one it's out of stock in many on line sites, i just wanted to know if they still were still having it Mfg.ed as it is not shown on their web page, the Trench Hawk Tomahawk is still shown.
Hope this make everything understood, and leaves nothing not understood in regards to my original post.

Well at least they won't be lying to you . . . that's a plus.
I've found from several episodes that talking to them on the phone is fruitless.

I would recommend calling up Spyderco. They 'll talk to you. And better than that they 'll converse in facts and realities. :thumbsup:
