I see that Cold Steel is having it's parking lot sale this Saturday and Sunday, November 4 and 5 at their headquarters in Ventura California. Question, will their knife prices be better at this parking lot sale, then the prices you find on the internet?

Oh yeah! I'll be moving my house into PODS this weekend in prep for a remodel, so no parking lot sale for me, but I've seen some exceptional deals there in the past. I still have a medium clip point Voyager that I got for $5.00! I'm kicking myself for not buying some of the other stuff I saw last time, and I'm not even a real cold steel fan. My Voyager was an exceptional mark down, but I saw lots of stuff heavily discounted last time.

From what I remember reading about last year's PLS, some members here came across some really good deals, as well as some merely so-so deals. The general concensus was that, if one had the time, it was worth going to.

Yes, I've read the sale has some really deep markdowns on some knives. Too bad I'm 2000 miles away.

For what it's worth. Ive been the past two years and was there when it was rained out this year. You can find some really good deals on not only on the regular line but the seconds are priced really cheap. the things that stood out for me last year was the deals on there hawks. the hawk heads were 5 dollars a piece. im sure they were 2nds but I couldn't find any thing wrong with them. Also they have used things like war hammer, bad axes, shevels cheap. Swords are 2nds and really cheap. especially if you go sunday in the evening they start dropping prices further as the evening goes.

If your into cold steel its a must.

If your not into cold steel its a must because you get to face lynn in person and express your self to the myth himself.
