Yup... Just waiting for another letter from em.
I like what you did with the knife, but it's not "Greek" anymore w/out the Kopis curve. I don't think the Spartans even used the Kopis, but that's another matter.

There is nothing Greek about it and there never will be- wether it resembles a kopis or not(and it Dosnt and the Spartans actually used the xiphos)
It has a Greek name and is shaped like a mini-kopis. The tanto shape makes it very different. If CS were to make that knife, I suspect they'd change the handle and call it something else.
Thanks all for the comments\opinions, I was interested in them all. Looks like I still can't decide so I guess it'll be both. Or at least the Recon first, as I have a Rajah to placate my large folder urges for a while. I'll just sit back and grow another grey hair waiting for the voyagers............... I have no prob EDCing a larger folder now and then so it's all good.

Giving something a Greek name Doesn't make it Greek, and there are many design that are similar to other designs it still doesn't make it that- and it does not look like a kopis
It has a Kopis-like recurve, but much smaller.

Much- a claymore is shaped like a broadsword but that Doesn't make a broadsword a claymore- if I made kuhkuri(can't spell lol) 4ft long you couldn't really call it kuhkri could you? I'm ranting lol
But I'm just saying it's a marketing ploy for a knife that looks nothing like what they call it- having a curve doesn't make it a kopis- and relative to size curve and all proportionally it's much more like a kukri but still is way different
I don't know just my opinion...
Also that picture is a way more radically curved than most representations- usually they have little belly and our slightly curved
CS markets the knife as Greek. That's not far from the truth. Make it a tanto, and it looses it's "Greekness".
IIRC, the Napalise were very much influenced bu the Kopis.
I could alkways do a deep clip pooint bowie sorta regrind... I just hate recurves.
