Cold Steel Spartan or Gerber Metolius Folder?

Spartan. One heckuva folder for the price.
Mine continues to impress now that the inner workings have smoothed out. It was a thumb buster at first because of the tight lock. However, that is gone now and it opens and closes smoothly. The lock up on this folder is like a bank vault.
CS exercised good sense and included an extra left hand clip with screws so it's truly a folder for the ambidextrous or the full time lefties out there.

I cannot put enough emphasis on the fact that this is an EXCELLENT folder for the money spent. IMO, a "best-bang-for-the-buck" buy.

Gerber has *a few* good knives - their STL 2.0 is my smallest and often most useful knife, and it's the only knife in that size range that has never developed (or simply come with) blade play of any kind.
Frankly though, I think Cold Steel would be a better bet too. Their marketing techniques are questionable, but their knives speak for themselves.

I have a modded endura 3...love that damn thing! may get a waved E4 sometime in the future but for now, it seems like everyone is saying the Spartan so i think i'm gonna go for it but i still wanna hear what you guys have to say...

IMO the waved E4 is some of the most fun you can have with a knife.
I have a Voyager X2, the larger knives are definitely worth getting as well.
