cold steel spike hawk cant get the set screw out

You just hold the head by the bit and use a baton to tap the top of the handle down into the eye. Nice n' tight. When I have the option available I use a rubber mallet.
 
Update - got 5 more Norse Hawks in today and all 5 set screws twisted out with virtually no effort.

I guess the last batch I got had either sat around for awhile and developed corrosion on the threads or somehow had some "pookyglue" put on the threads.
