These knives are almost the same, with Cold Steel being less expensive.Which one performs better generally?

Well, the Master Hunter got a lot less the same when they switched it to 3V. For the previous models I would give the Fallkniven the solid edge in performance due to better grinds, but the CS models came with better sheaths. With the switch to 3V in the Master Hunter and the much thinner grind and distal taper they've put on it, I'd pick it hands down unless you really need stainless.

What are the being used for?

They each have different geometry.

There all excellent knives.

Haha just buy the one that looks cool for now.

Then buy them all!

They're all nice knives, it just depends on what you use it for. And also what your preferred sharpening method is.

They all perform well for what they were designed to do. That's why they are all still in production
after 20-25 years.
