Which one of these knives would be a better camp and survival and bushcraft knife, I'd also like it to replace other tools like a hatchet ext. I'd also like to strike a flint off of it

I have three of those knives, plus one SRK in carbon V. They all do pretty much the same thing.
If you mean batonn by "replace a hatchet" they all will but the A1 being the largest and heaviest will make the task a little easier. None of these will replace a folding camp saw. The S1is ideal if you want something a little smaller and less intrusive. The A1 and F1 are higher quality, but you will pay for it. The SRKs are very good performers for the price both the SM and Aus8 versions.

My son has the SRK and I have the S1. The SRK has had edge chipping problems. I would go with the S1.
