Trailmaster with stag handle - 2nd Generation with rounded choil.
Condition details:
Never used, factory edge intact. Carbon V steel. I've owned more than one of this model. The stag handle shape is slightly different on every one I've seen. I've seen some that had a right or left slant.
This one has the best handle shape of any I've held, it lines up well with the blade and feels great in hand. It equals custom Bowies that I've held.
It has a few small stain spots and an abrasion on one section of the edge. The abrasion was there when I purchased it new. It looks like it may have happened during the factory sharpening. The brass guard and pummel need some polishing. A small amount of TLC would bring it back to factory mint condition.
The factory sheath is included but has been modified. The belt loop, keeper strap and snap on the front of the sheath have been removed. The keeper strap had some issues when I bought it.
It's basically a slip sheath now. I never carried the stag model but I did carry a regular TM in it occasionally.
