I e-mailed Cold Steel thinking what could it hurt, basically gave them the run down of the whole mess. I got a reply today that if they cant find it by tomorrow that they'll replace the order and ship it out UPS 2-day select and they also apologized about the customer service lady being rude to me over the phone. While I still think it should have been done right the first time at least their going to make it good. I might give them another chance in the future if they have something thats not carried by anyone else.
