What model of tanto is this? What is the blade length? Hard to get a sense of scale from the pics

Hello - I bought this 10+ years ago at the cold steel sale in Ventura, CA. I think it is the master tanto model, it was made in Japan. Not sure if it is San Mai or not. It was not in the package when I bought it. I would say it is in good to excellent shape. I never used it.
