If I ever buy one , it would be the Voyager version .

Tri-ad and broader blade , better cutter / slicer but still plenty good stabber .

Some pork oriented video :

Yep, same here, hence my posting.

When they were first introduced, they sold extremely well at full price. I suspect CS adjusted their purchasing levels based on that. Now as things are cooling a bit (the "experts" now realized that CS isn't going anywhere) and there is A LOT in the pipeline to SELL.

I've got the green handle "Lynn Thompson" kris and the brown handle serrated kris. Are they practical? Who gives a s_it!? Both versions are super cool. I wonder if we'll see any unique offerings like these in the future?
Which do you think looks better? The green or the brown? Thanks...

I had (still have) that knife on my list/cart or else for years
Never happens ...
Maybe some day I'll find solid purpose :^D

I don't think that'll ever happen -- at least in my case.

I've come to realize that if the desire to own a certain knife does not abate over a prolonged period, and if it can be procured at a bargain price, then it's best to recognize I'm buying it simply for the fondle factor/conversation starter factor/taboo factor/just plain cool piece of art factor. Particularly if the timing is such that its purchase helps to memorialize something special to me.
