Disposable lighters are great. Everybody wants to prepare for the worst possible situations, but 99.9% of the time a lighter works just fine, and very conveniently and inexpensively. Great call ichor!

Well, I'm so bush crafty I'm still looking for the leak proof, lighter fluid retaining, waterproof ZIPPO. I'm starting to think that myth is like the one knife that does it all, or the perfect handgun, IT DON'T WORK THAT WAY COUSIN, these things don't exist. At least not YET, huhhh? I still won't grind a CS KNIFE on a ferro. About the best I've ever seen in these categories are:

CS Gurkha Khukuri in Carbon V, SRK in Carbon V, and a CS VOYAGER. with a 5.5 in blade or better...3 knives in one!

Firesteel.com Bunker model with aluminum storage tube.

Glock 10mm, 20lb steel RSA, LONEWOLF stainless fully supported barrel, necessary upgrades to handle heavy lead loads for bear defense (black bear that is!!) laser and light, and the most durable night sights available. OR A S&W 460XVR WITH A 6 in barrel and a reloading room...and winning the lottery would help LOL!!
