Cold Steel warrentee department works almost fine

Hi I just received two brandnew Cold Steel knives for two I sent in end November 1999 that had some Kraton grip problems.
Although I almost never find posts concerning Cold Steel knives I just wanted to let you know this.

One little

mixup I sent in a plain edge version the Invoice mentioned also a free unserated returned version even the photo on the box said it but after pulling the paper protection from the Kobun I saw those awfull serations.

So now the whole process of calling the USA sending the knife back waiting for a new one starts all over again.
Just 5 seconds more time spend on my package checking the Kobun, would have made the difference.

But still their warrentee is OK.

Thank you for your post on the Cold Steel warenty. It is good to know that a company stands behind their product. I for one own some Cold Steel blades and was wondering about thier warenty service. Thank you again.
