To Cliff and the other person who said that CS would not allow verification of their claims. A competitor or interested party can buy their knives and do the tests. There is nothing to stop you from doing them.
 
Oh yeah one other thing. About the warantee. When consumer groups are worried about car safety do you think they worry about the crash tests invalidating the warantee on the test cars they buy?
 
The video backs up some claims, and clearly ruins some of the knives. You should really see the video yourself before commenting on it.

Car manufacturers don't crash their cars and try to act like nothing was damaged. Cold Steel does.

After saying all this, I also own more CS knives than any other manufacturer. I love the Carbon V, and think it's a great value for the money, and easy to sharpen. That doesn't mean I believe the BS on the video.
