I was looking at the some Cold Steel Products and hoped i could get your input.

I wanted to know if anyone of you have either handled or bought these products. Basically if you have any knowlege regarding them i would highly appreciate it. PLus if you have a place in mind to order them cheap please let me know. take care

I have never bought either of these but the price is pretty good for the two items described.

I've never had a problem with knifecenter. www.knifeoutlet and www.newgraham.com get the lions share of my money though.

It's just the prices have doubled already, because i'm in Canada. I called up a retailer but he is on back order though.

I got the Brooklyn Smasher for a friend of mine, and the African Walking Stick for myself -- just in case I do any walking in Africa.

They are both very strong, not real heavy, excellent impact weapons. The Bkln Smasher makes a good softball bat, too.

I don't know about the escrima stick. I'd buy something like that in a minute if it were at least 36". But I think he's right that these polypropylene products would be hard to damage.

i have handeled the brooklyn smasher and its a nice solid peice that would make a hell of a SD weapon and a decent "team" bat.
