Dude has been banned repeatedly and keeps coming back... and now has decided to up his game by charging back memberships.

That's ok, he's within his rights to do so. We're within our rights to publish that he is no longer a member of this community, and is not welcome here under any circumstances.

Since he has a penchant for registering multiple profiles & aliases, we've decided to publish this information as a warning to everyone so that they can avoid doing business with this individual:

I'd be libeling you if I knowingly repeated defamatory information about you, like making baseless accusations of a criminal record or penchant for ripping people off (besides us that is)

The problem for your argument is that everything above is true:
  • You've been banned repeatedly (see above usernames)
  • You use multiple aliases
  • You charged back your membership
  • You are no longer welcome here.

I had three of his knives on watch. He sent me an offer at reduced price on all three of them. You don't suppose he is going to be a tad disappointed when I don't buy them? :)
