Collaborations You'd Want To See

Idk if that would be so exciting there is already opening hole benchmades.

But! H1. Opening hole is really just a preference, studs are fine. I'd just really like to have an H1 blade in something nicer than an FRN handle as a lock back. Maybe spyderco will do a compression lock or caged ball lock version of the salt.

Buck/Strider....why'd it get discontinued? That seemed to be the only affordable Strider available. If Rick Hinderer can develop affordable designs, so can Strider.

Compression lock and h1 would be cool id buy that if it were priced good. I dont like the caged ball as much as benchmades axis lock though.

Benchmade and Strider.... Come on, pick any Strider model you know, and now picture it with an Axis lock. AmIright??? haha :D

The salt series was engineered for ease of use with gloved handes.

You guys wanted it....and I deliver! A spyderco benchmade collaboration;)

Sorry but it had to be posted.....

I'd personally like to see Busse team up with a maker who knows how to make a good slicer. David Farmer comes to mind. A belt knife in 3/32" thick infi with an awesome convex grind and ergos would be bad ass.

Edit: Something like this.

I'd like to see a Scott Gossman Zero Tolerance or Benchmade collaboration (folding Tusker?). Maybe a Benchmade Ray Laconico collaboration, a Laconico Spyderco collaboration would be good too. I'd like to see Great Eastern pair up with some custom makers. I look forward to Queen's continued collaborations with Joe Pardue and Dan Burke.

Fehrman and Becker. A .250" thick, 3V BK9 would suit me just fine.

Becker and Imacasa for an ESEE like deal, a quality, affordable machete with Becker scales.

My picks:

ZT + Hossum collab for a real heavy duty beast of a folder (think 030X series but bigger!)

ZT + Farid Mehr for a truly epic folder in an exotic steel (by Farid's standards lol!)

Spyderco + Mosier for a larger sized sleek and seaxy folder

Cold Steel + Waysun Johnny Tsai for a folder that deanimates zombies, batons logs and cuts up meat wrapped in blue jeans like nobody's business

Wait, scratch that last one off the list... ;):D
