Here's something for collectors/enthusiasts of unique mechanically interesting folders. I wanted to bring something different into the world folding knives.
This design is in an ongoing state of development. This is a one off at it's current level of progression.

I'll sell this one for $500 shipped via PayPal. It's the only one so there aren't any specific laws pertaining to it but to avoid legal complications I'm sticking to U.S. buyers who don't live in CA, CO, DE, HI, NJ, NM, WA, because these states have laws against some types of knives that legislature may decide it falls into.

It comes with a protective box. It is unmarked so model and patent information are on the box.

How sturdy is the blade and mechanism? It's very cool
The hardware such as screws, standoffs and the pocket clip are stainless steel, but all of the other metal parts are 6AL4V Titanium which is a high toughness springy alloy, and and the parts that have cutting edges are 1095 High carbon spring temper steel. The idea behind using these materials is to have a springy assembly that can bend as a whole rather than having the strength of the assembly more reliant on the strength of each of the smaller parts as would be the case if they were made of something very rigid with low elasticity. The elasticity of the material allows stress on one part to be shared by others in the assembly if that makes sense.

This knife has been sold and I'm off to creating the next iteration of the design. I cant thank you all enough for the positive interactions as they have played a key part in this project.
If you can somehow make the next version electrified and have some neon highlights, we will be halfway to a cyberpunk/sci-fi future. Lemme know if you need any more amazing ideas.
