For sale, from my personal collection
I am offering a GROUP of FOUR Japanese chefs knives
hand picked for their unique craftsmanship, durability, functionality and use.
ALL for one money. See pics and descriptions below.

These are being offered as a group WELL BELOW what I paid.
Also, I will include a brand new King Wetstone in 1000 & 6000


I hate to part with these but I need the money to move soon.
These are upper tier professional quality knives, barely & only lightly used (1-2 times)
lovingly cared for and less then a year old.

Finish: Hammered damascus,polished.Great petty or all around go to knife for smaller jobs.

Beautiful craftsmanship, full spine and European style grip Less the 1 year old, used 2-3 times, never sharpened VERY sharp,

The blacksmiths at Takamura Cutlery forges their knives using the skills passed down for 700 years in Fukui prefecture. They strive to perfect every minor detail of their knives and has been highly rated by top chefs of the world.

#2 Utility/Meat Boning. Exceptional use and dexterity are easily at your fingers tips thanks to precision tanto style tip and curved single edge blade design. Handle is fully moulded rubber to prevent slipping. New, never used. Highly recommended to me by several Japanese chefs.

#3 Yoshihiro Mizu Yaki Black Finish Blue super steel 2, Hand Forged 240mm, rosewood octagonal handle. Features hammered upper half, tapered spine.
GORGEOUS knife (Very hard to get) usually high priced. Lightly used 2-3 times, never sharpened or honed. In original box.

#4 Yoshihiro handmade Yoshihiro Mizu Yaki Blue Steel Kurouchi Gyuto knives are at the top of its class in performance. Mizu Yaki is a meticulous process of pure water quenching that draws out the hardness of refined steel while infusing enough resiliency to perform consistently in the most exacting of conditions.

Blade Single edge: 9” with 5 1/2” round rosewood/horn handle. Comes in original box with rust eraser and oil. Used 1-2. Amazing knife, cuts through veggies & meat like butter.

Knives have all been well cared for, no heavy use. Almost as new. See pics.

Comes with brand new never used wet stone as described above.
