Quite a bit of sharpened steel.

Do you mind if we all post some pics of our "collections"? I'm working on my own, and I'm sure that other Forumites have theirs to show.

wow thats a great collection. Those are some really cool blades.

Hey Cpl Punishment, what kind of kuk is the third from the top in the second pic? is that a cak or a scak? what's the overall length on that?

Well Cpl, you do have a sensitive side which appreciates the beautiful as well as the big and brash! :p ;) :D

I am referring to that stunning Antler (?) and sliver banded Chiruwa handled Khuk in the fourth photo. Details, if not a close-up, please?

I've got a couple of big knife pics, not just HI knives, but quite a few - Andy

I feel a big blade battle has begun!!! :p :D

Cpl,

3rd from the top in the top pic is a Bura Bowie correct?

25" CAK, dubbed Kukzilla. It's interesting in that it's a sterile blade, no U.B., no kami marks, no nothing.

That's an 18.5", 36 ounce, bone handle Masterpiece model.

There's a review of the basic type here, including some closeups of the detail work: Masterpiece review

so what was the kuk third from the top in the second pic?

Cpl. I lucked upon the original offer here:

What did you have to do to the Khuk to get it into the condition in your photo?

A parang bandol and Excalibutter in the same pic!:thumbup:

I get the parang but don't know the Excalibutter?

Photograph it inside with one crappy CFL light on really dark tigerstripe BDU pants. :o

LOL haven't done anything to the blade except fondle it a few times.

WOW..you guys have some BIG blades..:D:thumbup:
I like the collections guys, Andrew, man..nice stuff there Bro!
