It's the VN53800 Swisstool Spirit. I got it from NGK for just slightly more than what I'm asking for it. I don't know the particulars of the Regular/X/S, but I'd be happy to email you a pic with all the tools out.

I am pretty sure it's regular but to just for solid confirmation can do u do little favor?

Can you see what combo does it have...Scissors+Serrated blade, Scissors+Plain edge blade, or Serrated blade+Plain edge blade?

1st one is regular Spirit, 2nd is Spirit X and 3rd is Spirit S.

It has scissors and a sheepsfoot serrated blade.
