Been building toward mostly high end production and mid techs, except for my edc's beaters. I have a Todd Begg and Curtiss in mind to add soon... thoughts/opinions are welcome :)

That's a tough question! Not trying to "cop out" on my answer but I like them equally, and for same reasons... the Rocksteads are sort of hard to explain unless you own one, it's maybe the nicest, amazing knife made (over any custom too!) and the same can be said for the Shiro's, not full custom (like the Rocksteads), yet I have yet to find a custom that is any better done.

I would say the Rocksteads "win" the blade award hands down, while the Shiros when the mechanical amazement award... haha

I'd add a CRK Insingo Micarta and as long as I'm spending your money a Thorburn front flipper of some sort.

haha! you won't believe this!, but a Insingo Micarta is EXACTLY one of the other knives I want (well aside from a curtiss and TB)!

Nice eye candy. I remember the old days of BF when our meager collection reflected our users, times have changed. Awesome collection but how do they cut.
 
Just an awesome collection of some of the finest knives on the market today. Lotta money sitting in that pile. Are you just into knives, or do you have any other hobbies (obsessions)? I myself don't get much past about 6-8 knives anymore (all higher end Similar to yours) because I have to put funds into my watches, pens, flashlights, guns, cars, motorcycles, guitars, and of course all the other beautiful Titanium and copper edc items that put such a hurt on our wallets.

Guns, ammo and motorcycles make my knife hobby seem tame! haha

I have twice my knife collection in 9mm ammo, I know I'm sick! but ready to "rock" if things
get bad
 
As to ammo, I agree, I have tens of thousands of rounds. Probably shoot a 1000 or more a month. Love knives as well, but I use them all.

I do use them, but I will admit to using the cheaper knives harder, a lot like my guns... I have AR's and AK's that I baby, and others I beat the shit out of...

But, my best AR's will drive tacks at 500 yards and my beaters group at 8 inches (same distance)... I see knives a lot the same way
