Still has some blue paint on it, but does have some light rust. How about $37 shipped paid via Paypal. I'll cover the fees...

Just sent the money paypal. Rather than "friends and family" as you asked, I included the 3% and sent it regular, for recourse in case it gets lost in the mail. Thanks.
