All 3 off ebay, each sale seemed to go under the radar or i had/have an overvalued opinion. Either way, i had to rescue them when they came up.

I have a few, I will post them up as I come across them. I do remember I have a boys axe out in the shed that needs a handle and some file work, nice full bits though.

Gorgeous Collins!! The Hartford by all counts still a damn great stamp!

Picked this one up at fleamarket about 20 years ago.

4 pounder.

Running on its original horizontal grain handle.

Good eye! Yes, it's an old Richards-Wilcox grinder that came from an old friend's grandfather's dairy.

It's rusty, pitted and doesn't have much of a stamp left but it is my one and only Collins Legitimus.
The bits are in good shape so I just plan on sharpening and rehanging it. Hopefully sooner than later.
