I've got a reinforced carbon spear with a 5 foot staff and a 6 inch carbon steel blade. I understand in Colorado you can carry radical blades such as swords, sickles, hatchet, etc., but I can't find anything about a spear. Can anybody help me?

I can't say if it's legal, but i can assuredly say that legal or not, you WILL be stopped and questioned by the law.

In Oregon you can open carry anything. But that does not mean it is a wise thing to do. Unless you are going to the mall, then hey, go for it!

If it's legal then why to hide something. I do't think that if you are.
