Colorado Balisong Laws?

Is anyone familiar with the legality of owning/using/carrying balisongs in Colorado (specifically Pueblo?)

Here is a thread which I went over Co. knife laws, but remember that your local jurisdiction may have stricter laws.

A balisong doesn't fit the CO definition of a centrifugal knife as when released it does not lock into place automatically. The police may decide to harrass you anyway, and a judge may decide he isn't going to follow the technical definition, which means if you want off you will have to appeal, etc etc. Note that any concealed blade over 3.5 inches is illegal.
