Colt 1911 fullsize goverment model. This is a series80 bright stainless. I have had this gun for 10+ years and I dont believe it has ever been shot. This model is hard to come by and this one is in excellent condition. Has a beautiful set of custom Bacote Grips. $750.00 TYDealer. SAM_0179.jpgSAM_0178.jpg

Nice snag Marlin. That thing is gorgeous, Cant believe that you could resist taking that one to the range and just showing it off. That is one beut of a pistol. Going to go looking for one on the net.

We'll if it wasn't before, it's been shot now :D

flyer was first shot, and probably my fault or from a little solvent left in the barrel as I had just wiped it out, other 7 are behind or peeking out from quarter. That's about as good as I can shoot any 1911 with hardball and an admittedly service weight trigger pull at 50 feet. Tapped over rear sight a little and now she's dead on for windage. Thanks again Tom. Oh, and I just had to put Colt grips on 'er. Been saving these for just such an occasion.
