Up for your consideration are two pistols from my collection.
First up is a stainless steel series 80 gold cup, this pistol is in great condition, it comes with ambi safety, ambi mag release, beavertail safety, S&A mag well, wilson barrel, custom grips and the stock pair(not pictured). The trigger on this feels like a series 70, it is smooth and crisp I dont have a scale to measure the break but I would say its around 3-3 1/2 lbs, this pistol is a tack driver and will be missed but I don't use it enough to justify keeping it. It also comes with 10 mags, 7 of them are Wilson, 5 have brass bases and the other two are brand new in the bag, the other 3 mags are McCormick with reg bases. This is one heck of a package deal, dont miss out. Payment on this will be Postal Money Order only. I will ship from my FFL dealer to your FFL dealer. $1200.00 shipped

Next up is a Vintage 1909 Colt Police Positive 38 with the original duty holster. Considering its age it is in good condition, there is holster wear and natural patina as seen in the pics but its still a fine pistol. If you are a collector of Police Positives this is an early model, they started making them in 1905, so this is a very early version. There are some numbers stamped on the pistol which im assuming are from a PD but I have no info on that, I also have the duty holster, it is Audley, there is a stamp on the back, it shows the maker name and a date of March 3, 1908 which I believe is the date made. This is a very nice vintage pistol dont miss out. I will accept a Postal Money Order or Verified Paypal on this pistol. I will ship from my FFL dealer to your FFL dealer. Sold

Beautiful .45 friend. Someone's going to get a trophy here.
So to stay on mods good side, a question. Do you have original box, paperwork and parts that have been replaced?

Thank you, Im sorry I do not have the box, paperwork or the other parts, I purchased it as is.

Are the brass Wilsons custom? I've never seen them before, and a google search turned up nada...
I'm guessing for racing? Quicker drop time? Thanks.

I keep coming back to her... I think she's calling my name

They are not from Wilson custom, they were on the mags when I got it. They are indeed for racing, providing a faster drop. It is a tackdriver for sure.

Any idea who put the Wilson Barrel in? Is it a "drop in" barrel (if there is such a thing for a 1911) or is it a match fit barrel done by a pro gunsmith?

Good question sir. Everything that was done to this pistol was done by pro gunsmiths, the barrel was not a drop in it was professionally fitted. I purchased this from an ex workmate of mine and I know he sent it out to several smiths for specific work. I have no way to contact him now as we don't work together anymore, but can tell you it runs perfect.
