It is exactly as it came from the box, unpinned from the lower and is being sold here without the bolt carrier group but it will come with the charging handle.
"F" marked front sight block and a barrel date of 5/16.
You may PM me for photos and I will happily send photos to you, but this is exactly what is shown on the Colt website, minus the bolt carrier group.
