Hi Everybody,

Got a colt SAA the other day in a trade.
Called colt they said it was made in 1901.

All the numbers match.

It is a 41 long colt.

Looks pretty good for being over 100 years old.

Any info would be cool.

here's some pics for you to look at while you sober up and find your camera:thumbup:

i'll bet yours is a bit more broke in than these 45's, can't wait to see it!

I can tell you a few things, D. ONe, it's 41 Colt. Two, it's made in 1901. Three, it's 1st gen. 4, it's worth a good junk. 5. . . OK, I just ran out. LOL

What a great score! I have always wanted a Colt SAA. Maybe if I ever get a job making decent $$ again.

Nice going Dave, can't wait to see the .41. Real nice collection, Skunker. I knew you would have a few of these. I have a brace of .45's that I use (once in a while), at Cowboy Shoots. Don't use them that often, wear out the Italian copies instead. Leather by Dave Galie.

brother dave must have loaded six instead of five and shot himself

No excuse!
No matter which foot he shot, he still has another good one. Even if it was a hand, the modern point-and-shoot cameras only take one hand to operate! :p
