this is still here...oh man, i'm so tempted...only if i hadn't ordered two knives from Mace already. this is a STEAL!

no sh!t. I'm amazed this beauty ain't sold yet. I'd love to have it myself, but...$hit.

Hey guys,
Someone asked me about my sheaths so I figured I would post a litle bit about how I make them. First...I make each one for the knife it is intended for.
I mark each sheath w/my name...town and state, the year and what the steel is I used for the knife.
I use a 10oz leather and all the connections are glued.
I seal the inside of the sheath with snow seal before I glue and sew it up.
I do a double saddle stitch by hand down one side and then back up it so there are 4 pieces of thread in each hole.
Then I use an edge coat and seal the whole outside with several coats of snow seal.
I use the belt stud design because it's easy to just toss in the truck, bag, or pack...I can just slip it into my belt and I'm off...slip it out and toss it on the table and it's still sheathed.
If you are in the service and want this to attatch to your gear I'm sure I can take care of it for you.
With all that said....this knife still needs a home.:D
Thanks for looking.
