I made this knife to fill the SPEC. OPS. sheath. The blade is 7.75" X 1.75 X .25. The handle is fiddle back Maple. Ths steel came from an old blunderbus.

This one has an 11" X 2 X .25 blade , double edged . A Black Locust Burl handle and a heavy leather sheath. This steel is leafspring.
This big one is a design that I like a lot. Do you think these would sell ?
Thanks,
Mike

That's a pretty schwing knife you got there. It looks like something out of a sci-fi, like something you'd see in Firefly/Serenity.

Both of them, I mean. Really like the first one.

Thats two tough looking knives you have there

I think the first one is cool just because it used to be a gun :D

Both are good looking knives and I am sure they would sell if the price was reasonable. You have to remember that any item, be it a knife, a gun, a car....especially something collectible...is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

Thanks for the link.
The small knife sold locally for $ 280. The Spec Ops Brand sheath costs $50.
That was a one shot deal. I prefer to make my own sheathes.

I've got to say. I LOVE that design. It looks really rugged and tough. If some company mass-produced those knives I'd definitely buy one! Amazing job actually making those by te way.

Thanks for the kind words.
I'll be making more of these. They seem to be a hit.
