does anybody have one of these folders? if what do you think of it? i saw an article yesterday in tacticalknives on one thought it was pretty interesting! might be another knife for me to get in 2010 :)

Looks pretty nice to me. Uses the same steel as Extrema Ratio does in their knives, which are pretty tough.

My only concern is that there isnt much of a cut-out for the thumb to open the frame lock (it looks like a liner lock to me, but maybe they are doing a titanium lock and g-10 on the opposite side frame?). The area they cut away looks like it would be comfortable, but based on how little the lock protrudes from the handle, it wouldnt be much help disengaging it.

I dont own one and that observation is made purely from the pic on their website.

Looks like a nice knife.. I will wait until there are more pictures and a few reviews before considering...

Jack, are you looking in the Jan. 2010 TK, or is there a newer one out? If so when did you get it? Btw, the knife looks really nice.

Hey Guys! Just saw the thread. WOW!! The past 2 weeks have been unreal for me. 4 years ago I decided I was going to give my passion a shot at becoming my career. Up until about 2 weeks ago nobody even heard of Combative Edge. Now I got you guys talking about it on Bladeforums!!!

Anyway I will be meeting with the photographer tomorrow to put some more pictures on the site.

Just to let you know. So far every customer that has got one has had extremely positive comments on it. A few of them said it is the best knife they have ever owned! I have a pretty open return policy as if you get it and don't like anything about it after a week or so just return it (as long as it isn't all beat up obviously)

Feel free to shoot me an email at rob@combativeedge.com or give me a call at 610-639-9041. Love to hear from you guys, and answer any questions you may have

Sincerely
Rob Walker

my x-mas is going to be great this year, cause i got what i wanted ,a new knife! :) needless to i've into it already. i got a M1 ! it's very different then the knife i was carring,a boker burke rsurrection. they are about the same length. after that it's night and day! the M1 is to me much lighter then the BBR. without a scale it seems to me that the BBR. is twice as heavy as the M1. the M1 came hair-popping sharp out of the box. :) camparing the two knives together side by side the BBR. very thicker! both knives you can adjust the clip from tip-up to tip-down. right side only for now. the M1 has a frame-lock that works pretty good. the M1 is one of those knives that after you clip-it to your pocket you almost forget your carring a knife of it's size, which opened is about 9 inches or so. for you wrong side guys :D i had no problem opening and closing this fine knife! for right now i would give COMBATIVE EDGE :thumbup:

Hopefully we can get some more pics and objective reviews soon.
Looks promising..

Looks nice. And, nice to see you're in PA! Got a storefront of any type that we semi-locals could come visit?

I'll probably end up acquiring one it seems like a solid knife and it has a ti framelock which is amazing at that price point.

Storefront? Yes.. 05 Jeep Cherokee. Where at in Philly?
Hah. Right on.
Where in Philly? Ugh... the ghetto. Right on the East Kensington/Fishtown border. Although Fishtown is quite nice these days, and there's another school going up right nearby... the neighborhood's getting better!

Also... that finger guard looks like it could possibly function as a flipper. Are we to be so fortunate?
