Trying my hand at smoked queso tonight. I made some a couple years ago that wasn't as good as I had hoped. Decided I should give it another try. It's getting Velveeta, pepper jack, cream cheese, Rotel, Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage, and some seasoning.
@ac700wildcat
how did it come out?
did you smoke the sausage before crumbling it and adding it to the cheese, or mix everything then melt it in the smoker?
...which means we have to finish this one before the next eclipse, Y'all.
Git 'er done!
Here's an off-topic pic of some Overdrive/Distortion electric guitar pedals I built last week. Pic on my usual background for authentication purposes:

A new born goat, maybe?![]()
What could that be? A black snake on a hay bale? Maybe something else?

A out 02-26 F around here. Now the 3 day blizzard is over, about 8"-12" of snow. Atleast there was snow on the ground so no added build up. And it covers all that exposed dust and pollen.
So much for that idea. Got there noonish, after a 3 hour drive, to discover the cabin was full of Asian beetles and red wasps. Killed and cleaned up what we could, stopped for a burger, and came back home. Gas was 70¢ cheaper per gallon there.Heading to the cabin for a 3 day weekend. Temps in the 70's. Should be a good time.

Need to. There's a few places along the eave they're able to get into. They get in between the ceiling and the roof. Somehow they make it inside. There has to be a hole somewhere...UGH!
bug bomb?
3 hander you say??? Ok here ya goi've been wanting to mount a larger Becker to a long pole as like a halberd or suchbut a 3 hander works too...
