Comissioning Custom Knifemaker

I am trying to find a knife maker to execute a folding knife of my own design. If there is any willingness on the part of a knife maker to consider this project please e-mail ASAP. Furthermore if anyone can suggest a maker willing to take on a customer's design it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Try the "Shop Talk" or "Custom Knife" forum. Might have better luck there. I do know that there are a couple or more guys around here that are willing and able to do customer designs, at least in fixed blades. Not sure about folders.

I'm not good enough yet to present a thread for you. but if you'll look at the custom knives, I was asking about a custom gentlemen's knife. Tbark responded. Check his websites--some really nice blades there including folders!

Real custom knife makers do just that: take on the customer's design and make it real.

Gene Osborn recently finished a design for me.
I think he makes the most exciting and innovative folders in the world.
Strong statement; I mean it.
