Comments on new D2 blade please

D2 blade, cocobolo handle, hidden tang. 3 1/4" blade, 7 1/2" OA. Heat trt in house with double temper and liquid nitrogen quench. Test model only at this point. Thanks.

wow, looks like you spent a lot of time on the handle. What type of wood is that anyway? Good shape, am sure it would fit nicely into my hand. My only complaint would be the steep downslope to the point; I'd think that would weaken the end a bit. Other than that it looks great, especially the marble slab you used for a background.

Hey Swammee, What do you mean by downsweep of the point? And why would it weaken it? I'm not sure what you mean by these. Just curious. By the way, the knife is very nice.
