You might try Texas Knifemaker's Supply. Phone#: (713)461-8632. They do most air harding steels. They also do sub-zero quenching (-350F) if you are interested.

Phil Wilson has quite a bit of experience with the Crucible steels. He mentioned awhile back that he will take in "a few" blades to HT & cryo, but don't want to get into production-type runs....so if you have 2, 3, or 4 blades, you can give him a holler at-

The rec. hardness for 420 V is RC 58. That's what I used for the blades I made from the stuff and they seem to hold an edge really well. You can get the heat treating spec sheet from Crucible if your heat treater isn't sure what temps he should use.
