Like Frank, I used knifemaker.ca and they do a fine job, and RC test everything and consistently get my blades within 0.5-1RC point of my request. You pay more or less depending on the length, but there is no discount for exceeding a weight or # of blades. I would never be able to make knives without this service, I'm more than happy to pay for quality results and to deal with some great people.
 
I'm getting ready to send them 33 blades. So I was figuring the cost would be $126 under the new pricing.
 
Looks that way to me as well, Michael. Add in shipping both ways and you're still under $5/blade. You can't beat that with a stick.
