Did a deal with Ken recently. Great communication, and then he did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. There's nothing quite like a nice clean follow-though.

A man after my own heart, I think he might have interrupted his wedding day to buy the knife (I'm sure she understood, after all it was a custom Mayo).

He's a great guy to deal with, no worries at all.
