Not sure how the site works but I bought a Protech TR 4 skull knife for $250US off 12 Bravo LLC (elsparkodiablo@yahoo...)
on the 17th, yesterday, and haven’t a thing except for my Paypal receipt and I can't get in touch with the seller.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Spark was not the seller. And there was no response from the seller in that thread. So where you got that address further puzzles me.
I'm going to guess that you had no idea how the exchange works, sent money to Spark with an expectation that he could send you the knife. It doesn't work that way.
Let's start with how the exchange works.
The sales forum is separate from the rest of Blade forums.
It's like an old fashioned bulletin board.
-- A member starts a sales thread and says he has a knife he wants to sell. He posts pictures and a price.
-- A prospective buyer posts that he wants to buy the item at the stated price.
-- The two members make contact and arrange for payment.
--The transaction is between those two members. Neither Spark nor BladeForums participates in that selling process. No funds come to Spark or BladeForums.
So you appear to have jumped the gun and sent money to the wrong person. You need to post in the thread, "I want to purchase". Then you need to wait for the seller to respond in the thread. Do not respond to emails. BF does not distribute the email addresses of its members. BF treats email addresses as confidential information.
In this case you have a somewhat more complicated issue, because that thread is from last August. Items for sale can be relisted after 14 days, so posting in a 6 month old thread is a questionable practice.
As for the money you sent, I recommend that you contact PayPal and tell them you sent money to the wrong person and can you reverse the transaction.
