Hi Ken. The "community rules" link in your sig seems to be busted? I was recently issued a warning for posting about the current "gift" one receives if they donate blood this month with the Red Cross:

I read the community rules (http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/announcement.php?f=742&a=81), but didn't see seen any mention of bargain spotting in them so I thought maybe I missed something or there was an expanded version. But it looks like general posting rules apply to the community section as well? At any rate, I apologize and want to make sure I'm following the applicable rules.

It's in the FAQ's. Search for deal spotting.

You linked to a website that does not pay to advertise here. That is free advertising for them and does nothing for BFC but fill up the forum with useless threads which we have to clean up.

The Community Forum rules are forum specific but ALL forums on BFC follow the site-wide rules.

Ah, ok. Would it have been alright if I had taken a picture, posted, and said something like, "look at what I got today"?
