Howdy folks. One of my favorite knives is a small hunter made by Wayne "Duck" Childress', a longtime Bladeforums maker who recently retired. This knife I have for sale is identical in size though not at all the same style. These smaller knives have proven to me they can do most things I ask of a knife. This chubby handled one has a full four finger grip with my average size hand and feels darn good to me.
The knife has redheart scales, a lovely hardwood hand sanded and finished in a bunch of Danish oil. I forgot the carnauba wax, so the scales will pick a bit more shine tomorrow! I call my fantasy company Broken Branch Clay and Steel; my production facility is a sweet little shop in far western Colorado. I truly enjoy making my stock reduction knives and am pleased to show them to all of you. I hope you like seeing my work. There will be plenty more coming as the weather warms and my water bucket thaws. Thanks for the looks. The price of this rascal is $95, now SOLD. including domestic shipping to your door. I am used to PayPal but am open to other forms of payment. My email address is goslaughter@outlook.com. Questions and comments are welcome.
