Hello dear brothers,
With God's good will now ready for the market we have a nice and light compact chef knife.
The blade is made out using 12c27 stainless steel has a full flat grind and a micro bevel - it is super sharp and has a nice geometry and comes in satin finish.
The handle is made using a fabulous piece of A grade stabilized maple burl and a crosscut Toray quality carbon fiber thick bolster (milled).
It's not perfect but i do believe that it will make it owner proud
Overall it's app 9.45" with an app 5.3" blade it's light and slicy
The price is 100 usd.
