Hello dear brothers,
With God's good will now ready for the market we have a nice and light compact chef knife.
The blade is made out using 12c27 stainless steel ingot, has a full flat grind and a micro bevel - it is super sharp, has a nice geometry and comes in satin finish.
The handle is made using a unique piece of 'ebony' paper micarta that perfectly resembles the precious ebony of Gabon while the bolster (milled) is a fabulous piece of genuine 10kyo mammoth ivory that perfectly shows the Schreger lines in an eye catching setup. The fittings are solid brass.
It's not perfect but i do believe that it will make it owner proud
Overall it's app 9.45" with an app 5.3" blade it's light and slicy
