This knife just arrived and I am very pleased. Grinds are lovely and the edge is very sharp. The stag bone slabs have a nice, buttery color. The blade is just 3" but the knife feels very substantial and fits me like a glove. It's a beautiful working knife and the best knife money I've spent in a long time. Keep up the good work, Gene!

Good kooking knife Gene.How did you keep file work on the spine so straight?

Looks to be two separate sections of checkering filework. But, very nicely done. Those files are very nice, but cost about $35 apiece!
