A light bowie made from a billet that I forged with 125 layers of 15N20 and 1084 high carbon steel
Heat treated to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain structure
Flat grind
Professionally stabilized figured cherry handle with brass and G10 spacers. I chose this wood because of it's subtle figure so as to not overwhelm the pattern in the blade.
Overall length: 9 3/4 inches
Blade: 5 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry
